Delivery:

I make every piece of jewellery to order so please allow up to 7 working days to recieve your items( according to availabilty )

If a shortage of certain materials stop me from making your jewellery, you will recieve an email to confirm it.

Orders paid for by cheque will be posted after payment has cleared.

All items will be shipped by first class post ( £2.00 P+P or free on orders over £10.00 )

Returns:

If you wish to return an item, please send an email to "thelittleboxofjewels@googlemail.com" giving reasons for return.

If returning items due to goods being incorrect, faulty or damaged, you will receive a full refund including return postage costs. In all other cases, items will be refunded excluding your return postage costs.

All refunds will be credited back via Paypal to the card you orginally used to purchase the item.

Refunds can only be processed within 14 days of ordering.

Return address will be given when request has been accepted.
